decent hotel experience
friendly staff convenient location relaxing onsen limited options dated room painful massage
the staff were friendly and cute. they gave great service throughout my stay. the location is convenient, situated near the train station and within walking distance of attractions like the monkey park. i found the private onsens relaxing.
the breakfast options are limited (only japanese food is available). the rooms felt somewhat dated for the price.

onsen bath kaiseki cuisine train station
the hotel offered easy check-in and baggage storage. i enjoyed the various onsen bath choices. the dinner and breakfast was awesome, showcasing japanese kaiseki cuisine, also the location is near the train station.
the room felt a bit dated for the price.

the hotel is near the train station (very convenient!). a short walk takes you to the bamboo forest and the populist shopping and eating area, nice for convenient access to both nature and local attractions.

the staff i encountered were very nice and helpful. the hotel provides yukatas to wear. they also provide a key to store two pairs of shoes per room, ensuring convenience and organization.

the breakfast and dinner featured traditional fresh fish and soup. the meals are served in private booths. the hotel rotated little snacks throughout the day, like ice cream, ramen, and teas.

incorrect information extra charge
the traditional japanese feel was acceptable , near local sights and transport.
the information posted by the hotel online was incorrect , i booked a double king room for two people and paid the full cost as stated on the website. it took me hours to sort this out.

private onsen cute staff train station
the hotel has five private onsen, so i could use them since i have tattoos. i also appreciated that the staff were very nice and cute. the hotel is super close to the train station, made getting around easy!!!
